Reporting to the General Manager, Talent Management, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Talent management routines and processes in the business.
Key Result areas:
Support the training and development plans as per the people development plan;
Coordinate the annual talent management calendar and routines in line with the requirements of the talent management program;
Co-ordinate the Performance management system routines for the business ;
Coordinate and where necessary train line management and staff in the PM systems’ methodology and tools;
Prepare and circulate Human Resource dashboard indicators and performance ratings and measurements to line management;
Ensure that Mentoring and coaching program activities are in alignment with the talent management program objectives;
Ensure the implementation of an effective on- boarding process across the business;
Coordinate the succession planning routines and activities to meet organization management succession needs;
Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the talent sourcing, training and development budget to ensure effective investment in the talent;
Conduct role profiling and document them as per the company’s’ job analysis methodology;
Coordinate the Recruitment and training schedules and programs;
Maintain updated organization structures for each Department; and
Prepare and update within the ERP system, monthly recruitment and internal staff movement logs and other talent management related Human Capital data needs.
